Where We Ship

Hergems currently ships to addresses within the contiguous United States only — the 48 connected states.

We do not currently ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses
  • Canada or other international destinations

By focusing on the contiguous United States, we are able to provide more reliable delivery service and better customer support.

We may expand our shipping coverage in the future as our operations develop.


Shipping Cost

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order total before taxes.

Orders of $69 or more Free standard shipping
Orders under $69 $10 flat-rate standard shipping

The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

No additional handling fees will be added after checkout.

At this time, we do not offer expedited or express shipping options. Standard shipping is the available delivery method for all orders.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Processing Time:
1–3 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.


Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, most orders arrive within:

5–8 business days

The estimated total delivery timeframe is:

6–11 business days

This includes:

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days
  • Carrier transit: approximately 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Your location
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier schedules
  • Seasonal shipping volume
  • Other factors outside our control

Remote or rural addresses may require additional transit time.


Expedited Shipping

Hergems currently does not offer expedited or express shipping.

We continue to improve our fulfillment process and may introduce additional shipping options in the future.

Any updates will be reflected in this policy.


Customs and Import Taxes

All Hergems orders are shipped within the United States.

Because shipments are domestic, customers do not need to pay customs duties or international import taxes.

No additional delivery fees will be collected after checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment progress.

If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days after placing your order:

  • Check your spam or junk email folder
  • Confirm that your email address was entered correctly
  • Contact our support team with your order details

We will help review your order status.


Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery times apply to most orders, but occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:
