Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.


Shipping Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier service.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email address.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to update or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Order changes or cancellations can only be made before the order has shipped. Once an order is in transit, modifications may no longer be possible.

Eligible items may still qualify for a return according to our Return Policy.

All prices displayed on Hergems are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).


Refund Policy

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.

After a returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.

Depending on PayPal and your financial institution, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.

For security reasons, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
